Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If you have an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at chantelljuarezzz@gmail.com  before sending anything back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Change-of-mind returns
If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want the item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used items, opened hygiene products, personalized items, final sale items, or gift cards.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to post the refund.

Lost or delayed packages
Shipping times may vary. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and supplier.
